Welcome to G SIR. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the G SIR app and services. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using G SIR, you agree to these Terms.

Who Can Use G SIR

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use G SIR. By using the app, you confirm that the information you provide is true and accurate.

Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

Our Role

G SIR is a marketplace that connects customers with independent service providers. We are not the provider of the services listed, and we are not a party to the agreement between a customer and a provider. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided, but we work to keep the marketplace fair and safe.

For Customers

• You can browse professionals, request custom offers, and book services.
• You agree to pay the agreed price for services you accept.
• Provide accurate service details and address so the provider can complete the job.
• Treat service providers with respect.

For Service Providers

• You must complete identity verification (KYC) before offering services; your account is subject to review and approval.
• You are responsible for the services you provide and for meeting the agreed scope, price, and timeline.
• You must hold any licences or qualifications required for your work.
• You agree to G SIR's commission on completed orders (see Fees below).

Fees & Commission

Browsing G SIR is free. When a provider completes an order, the provider collects the payment from the customer and remits a platform commission of 20% of the order value to G SIR (confirmed in the app). Commission rates may change with notice.

Custom Offers & Orders

Bookings on G SIR are made through custom offers. When a customer accepts an offer and provides the service address, an order is created. Both parties agree to honour the accepted price, scope, and timeline.

Cancellations, Disputes & Refunds

If something goes wrong, either party can open a dispute with supporting evidence. Our team reviews disputes and makes a decision. Refunds, where applicable, follow the outcome of the dispute. Please use the dispute flow in the app.

Reviews & Content

You may leave honest reviews for completed orders. You are responsible for the content you post, including messages, images, and files. Do not post anything unlawful, misleading, offensive, or that infringes others' rights. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

• Using the app for anything illegal or fraudulent.
• Impersonating others or providing false identity or qualification documents.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
• Bypassing G SIR to avoid fees, or attempting to disrupt or misuse the platform.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, provide false information, or misuse the platform. You can stop using G SIR and request account deletion at any time.

Disclaimers & Liability

G SIR is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts of service providers or customers, for the quality of services arranged through the app, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Intellectual Property

The G SIR name, logo, and app are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or reuse them without permission. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant us permission to use it as needed to operate the service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes relating to these Terms will be handled by the competent courts there.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use G SIR after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
